*Pre-register/pay online, print receipt and 3 copies of the player registration form. Bring all copies along with a birth certificate (unless you upload it online) to complete the registration process.

Smith Park Stadium: 6016 Rosemead Blvd, Pico Rivera, CA

Cost-4U-14U:

$170 per player. Fee includes full uniform, picture package, trophy & medal, supplemental accident insurance and your child is GUARANTEED TO PLAY HALF OF THE GAME.

Cost-16U/19U:

$100 per player. Fee includes full uniform, AYSO Membership,supplemental accident insurance and your child is GUARANTEED TO PLAY THIRD OF THE GAME.

Cost- EPIC FormallyVIP (Boys and Girls)

$100 per player. Fee includes full uniform, picture package, trophy & medal, supplemental accident insurance and your child is GUARANTEED TO PLAY HALF OF THE GAME.

The American Youth Soccer Organization is a volunteer, non-profit program dedicated to providing children with a positive sports experience in a fun, safe, and fair environment.

Volunteer Coaches and referees are offered training clinics to assist in developing your child's knowledge of soccer, and their own.
